Power Counselling & Psychotherapy - Who We Are

My first contact with the world of counselling began when I was recovering from an eating disorder whilst working as a ballerina and dance teacher.  

I made the transition from dancer to therapist by undertaking training, group work, personal therapy, lectures, and finally, gaining my professional counselling & psychotherapy qualifications initially from Cork Institute of Technology, before completing my first class honours Degree with PCI College. 

I help individuals with a wide variety of issues and concerns whilst specialising in treating Eating Disorders and Sexual Violence.  I'm passionate about helping people live healthy, happy and whole lives.
